EULA - End User License Agreement

The product is owned by Electronic Entertainment Studio (ELENS). All rights in the product including copyrights, design rights, engineering rights, moral rights, and any other intellectual property rights belong to ELENS. These rights are not transferred as part of this agreement.

End User License Agreement

This license agreement is a legal agreement between you the end user (either as an individual or an entity) and Electronic Entertainment Studio herein after referred to as ELENS.

By installing or using the product, you indicate your complete and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement promptly remove the product form your computer.

Trial Period and Registration

This product is copyrighted shareware, not public-domain software. You may use the unregistered version at no charge for an evaluation period of 30 days only. To continue to use the software beyond the 30-day evaluation period, you must register it.

The must in the previous paragraph is a legal and moral must, not an engineering must. This software is not time limited in any way. When you register you gain extra features (extra levels and music).

Limitations of Use

You are expressly forbidden from making alterations or modifications to, merge, adapt, de-compile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to discover the source code.

Redistributing

You are free to distribute unmodified copies of product, under these conditions:

Distribute only the unregistered shareware version.
You must supply only the original EXE installer file.
Your documentation must explain prominently that this is shareware.

You may redistribute software under these terms even if you have not registered it yourself.

Warranty for software

The software is offered AS IS and WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY expresses or implied, including but not limited to warranty of design, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall we be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the software or documentation, even if we or our representative have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event will our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, exceed the amount paid by you for the software, exclusive of handling charges, commissions, and currency conversion fees.
